O R D E R

Questioning the notice dated 11.2.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar under Section 7 of the A. P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905, and alleging that pending consideration of reply filed by the petitioner to the said notice, steps are being taken to dispossess him from the subject land and to allot the same to third parties, the petitioner earlier filed writ petition in W.P.No.6361/2016. This court by order dated 29.2.2016 directed the Tahsildar to consider the reply/explanation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision by passing a reasoned order. Till then the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar was directed not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land covered under notice dated 11.2.2015.

Again for the very same relief, the present writ petition is filed. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that as on today no orders have been passed on the explanation submitted by the petitioner pursuant to notice dated 11.2.2015 and that the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar is not interfering with the possession of the petitioner over the subject land.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
