THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.34243 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act in accordance with law and to provide individual service connections along with electrical meters to the flats of the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel representing respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel representing the fifth respondent. 3.
Learned counsel for both parties with one voice submitted that the controversy involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.32614 of 2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release individual service connections to the flat Nos.101, 102, 103, 104, 105, D1, D2 and D3 constructed by the petitioner in GRC Residency in Plot No.19/C situated in Survey No.11/7 part, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District on payment of requisite charges within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
