ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not receiving the levy rice from the petitioner and keeping the 4 lorries of the rice in front of the gate of its godown since 8 days indicating not to receive the levy rice to be supplied by the petitioner as per the directions of the respondent nos.1 to 3, dated 2-122011, 10-12-2011 and 10-2-2012 is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and the exceeding the powers vested in him and the same is also nothing but violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. Consequently direct the respondent Nos.

4 and 5 to receive the rice from the petitioner as per the directions of the respondent Nos.1 to 3, dated 2-12-2011, 10-12-2011 and 10-2-2012." At the hearing, Mr. K. Venumadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
