HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.1826 of 2016 ORDER : (Oral) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 has produced orders dated 22nd September 2016 and 8th February 2017. 2.

A perusal of the said orders reveals that vide order dated 22nd September 2016, a Division Bench of this Court stayed the order dated 10th August 2016 passed in W.P.No.10409 of 2016 and the same was made absolute vide order dated 8th February 2017. 3.

In view of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court, this contempt case is dismissed.
