THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4216 of 2008 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 11.09.2008 in I.A.No.297 of 2008 in O.S.No.71 of 2006 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Narsipatnam.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court passed the decree, therefore, no further orders are necessary in this civil revision petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the civil revision petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
