Heard learned counsel for the self-same petitioner in all the four writ petitions impugning the respective registration of the FIRs by the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Eluru - 3rd respondent, for the offences punishable under section 420 r/w 34 IPC in Crime Nos.134 of 2016, 145 of 2016, 166 of 2016 and 202 of 2016 respectively and also heard the learned Government Pleader for Home, representing for the official respondents, before ordering notice to the respective defacto complainant - 4th respondent in all the four writ petitions and perused the contents of the respective FIRs and grounds urged in the quash petition.

A perusal of the material no way enables the Court to interdict the investigation, but for to say, pending investigation petitioner shall not be arrested, however, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, III Town Police Station, Eluru, in respect of the above said crimes, on every Sunday between 5 pm to 6 pm for purpose of investigation. 3.

Accordingly and with the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in all these cases shall stand closed as consequence. ______________________________ DR.B.SIVA SANKARA RAO, J 05.10.2017 SS
