HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.718 OF 2016 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed complaining the in action on the part of the respondent-authorities in complying the order dated 02.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6786 of 2016.

This Court while disposing the writ petition directed the 3rd respondent to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass the final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Counter-affidavit is filed enclosing the final order passed by the 3rd respondent in the writ petition on 28.04.2016. Inasmuch as the final order has been passed by the respondent herein on 28.04.2016, the contempt case is liable to be closed.
