HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 5972 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not entering the names of the petitioners in the adangals and issuing pattadar passbooks with regard to the property in survey Nos.116/1, 116/3, 15/3, 84/4A, 85/7A, 85/2, 124/2, 121, 122/2, 128/4, 128/5, 128/8, 60/1B, 58/2 and 183/2B of Vadali Village, Mudinepalli Mandal, Krishna District, and thereby, preventing the petitioners from enjoying the property, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a comprehensive writ petition came to be filed in the year 2014 i.e., W.P.No.16751 of 2014 which relates to some property which is the subject matter of a dispute in the present writ petition, and hence, no orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to avail the remedies available under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
