THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 in/and Criminal Petition No.8538 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are the accused in Cr.No.347 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad at Medchal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420,465, 468 and 471 IPC, on the report of the 2nd respondent/ defacto-complainant. The petitioners as well as the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 to compromise the matter and compound the offences. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences.

In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing proceedings against the petitioners Cr.No.347 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad at Medchal. The petitioners are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
