This petition is filed under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to withdraw S.C.No.136 of 2012, pending on the file of the Court of VI Additional Sessions Judge, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District and transfer the same to any Sessions Judge Court at Warangal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
