This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking the Court to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.6 in C.C.No.304 oI 2023, on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Shadnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 420, 504 and 506 read with 34 of lPC.
