HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14616 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.495 of 2013 of Jubilee Hills P.S, which was registered against him for the offences under Sec.353 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the copy of charge sheet and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and the police filed charge sheet against the accused for the offence under Sec.353 IPC before the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
