Learned Government Pleader for Forests submits that counter is filed by the respondents department stating that the petitioner is not in possession of the subject land.

Though the matter underwent several adjournments and listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', none appears for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
