This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court dated 10.08.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.29951 of 2016 in W.P.No.24305 of 2016.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by both the counsel that the orders of this Court, which were alleged to have been violated, have been implemented.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Contempt Case and the same is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
