- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.2475 OF 2016 ORDER:

W.P.No.36392 of 2016 was disposed of, by order dated 26.10.2016, directing the Sub-Registrar, Sadsasivpet, Medak District to register the document, if the same is in order and if he intends not to register the same, he shall record reasons and communicate the same to the parties. Alleging disobedience of the said direction, this contempt case is filed.

Along with I.A.No.01 of 2019 the endorsement of SubRegistrar dated 16.03.2017 is enclosed. From a reading of the said endorsement, it is clear that the Sub-Registrar was not accepting the request of petitioners for registration of document, by assigning reasons. In view thereof, the order is complied. Contempt Case is accordingly closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies as available in law.
