THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2216 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner against the respondents alleging willful disobedience of the Order dated 08.07.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.26812 of 2016 in W.P.No.21816 of 2016.

Counter affidavits have been filed by the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

Heard Sri V. Venkata Mayur, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (TG) and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Zilla Parishath and Panchayat Raj. Inasmuch as, the order is specific to the extent that respondents shall not make further demolition and the petitioner also shall not make any constructions until further orders, and there being no specific allegation of the respondents demolishing or carrying out any further constructions after passing the Order complained of, this Contempt Case is closed.
