THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9646 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused in Crime No.338 of 2022 on the file of Station House Officer, Narayanguda Police Station, Hyderabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 436, 448, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/Accused and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Perused the record.

The case against the petitioner is that he went to the premises of the office of Hero Moto Corporation Ltd., situated in Narayanguda and burnt the furniture partially in the said office. 4.

Pursuant to the orders of this Court in Criminal Petition No.8972 of 2022, dated 21.10.2022, the petitioner was surrendered before the concerned Court on 27.10.2022 and remanded to judicial custody. The concerned Police had taken the petitioner into custody

with the permission of the Magistrate and after concluding investigation he was sent to judicial remand. 5.

Keeping in view that the major part of investigation is complete, the petitioner can be granted the relief of regular bail. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/Accused is granted bail subject to the following conditions:

i) The petitioner/Accused is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

ii) After release on bail, the petitioner/Accused shall appear before the concerned police station on every Monday for a period of eight (08) weeks.

iii) The petitioner/Accused shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
