This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring G.O.Rt. No.880, dated: 15-12-2015 issued by the Respondent No.1 as illegal , arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same and also declare the action of the Respondents in diverting water to Bhakta Ramadasu Lift Irrigation Project from Nagarjuna Sagar Left Canal Balancing Reservoir at Paleru, depriving the Petitioners of their supply of water from Paleru Reservoir as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents not to divert the water to Bhakta Ramadasu Lift Irrigation Project from Nagarjuna Sagar Left Canal Balancing Reservoir at Paleru."

The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that in view of diversion of water to Bhakta Ramadasu Lift Irrigation Project from Nagarjuna Sagar Left Canal Balancing Reservior at Paleru, the lands of the petitioners may not get water.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners during the course of hearing that the petitioners herein may be permitted to make representation to the respondent authorities to take steps to ensure that the petitioners receive proper supply of water.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioners to make representation for reddressal of their grievance to the respondent authorities within a period one month from the date of receipt of this order, and if any such representation is made, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
