HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28724 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent police in not registering FIR basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.07.2018 against the unofficial respondents.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the petitioner sent complaint dated 04.07.2018 through registered post without his signature; that on receipt of the same, a GD entry was made on 10.07.2018; that petitioner was called to the police station for taking fresh complaint with signature; and that accordingly, the petitioner on 11.08.2018 gave fresh complaint with signature with the same contents. It is also stated that basing on the said complaint a case in Crime No.85/2018, dated 11.08.2018 was also registered.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
