Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous having regard to the fact that after filing of this Writ Petition, 2nd respondent passed an order under Section 4 of the A.P. Assigned Land (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977, which has been subsequently assailed in another Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
