This writ petition is filed with the grievance that respondent Nos.3 and 4 along with respondent No.7 have been raising construction for community hall in place of a site which is reserved for health club in the sanctioned layout.

Mr. Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, on written instructions from respondent No.3, has submitted that respondent Nos.3 and 4 along with respondent No.7 have not been carrying on any earthwork as alleged by the petitioner.

He has further submitted that if respondent No.7 has been independently taking up any work, respondent Nos.3 and 4 will ensure that such work shall be in accordance with the sanctioned layout.

The above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel are placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.50936 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
