When the matter came up for hearing, Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available under Civil Law against respondent No.4 - Association, against which the allegation of encroachment is made.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
