Since the issue raised in this writ petition and in W.P.No.290 of 2003 pertains to I.D.No.184 of 1990 and in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.290 of 2003 on 27.08.2018, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
