HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5796 of 2013 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, to Police concerned are hereby directed to investigate into the crime and file final report and the petitioner/A-5 shall not be arrested pending investigation. Further remedies, if any, left open to the petitioner in the event of police filing final report and any cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate to impugn with Part-II case diary.

With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
