Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation made against the petitioners and other accused in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation shall continue. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners/Accused Nos.3, 4 and 10, the Police of Wadapalli Police Station, Nalgonda District, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. towards the petitioners/Accused Nos. 3,4 and 10 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
