ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent for non-payment of debt due to the petitioner. At the hearing, Mr. M.Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. Salloori Ramesh, learned counsel for the respondent, has handed over the demand draft for a sum of Rs.5,36,033/- to Mr. T. Bala Mohan Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr. D.Narendar Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner, in full and final settlement of the petitioner's claim.

Mr. T. Bala Mohan Reddy, learned counsel, submitted that in view of the payment of the above-mentioned amount through the demand draft, the petitioner's claim is satisfied. In the light of the above facts, the Company Petition is closed.
