O R D E R

The New India Assurance Company Limited, filed the present appeal assailing the order and decree dated 04.10.2010 passed by the Family Court - cum - Additional District Judge at Mahabubnagar in O.P.No.723 of 2008. At the request of both the counsel, matter was referred to Lok Adalat. The appellant - insurance company and the respondents - claimants, entered into a settlement and in pursuance of the same, Lok Adalat, organized by High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, passed award dated 14.07.2018.

The original of the award dated 14.07.2018, is made part of this order. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat dated 14.07.2018.
