.....RESPONDENT(S) WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through its Advocate Sri D.L.PANDU presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of 'Mandamus' declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the marketing of the petitioner's bio-products viz. (1) Biocid-G Humicacid Granules (2) Humi Tech - Humicacid Liquid,

(3) Biosafe - Fungicide (4) Leader - Nitrobenzine (5) Confident - Sucking pest, mites and thrips (6) MahaRani - Stem & Leaf Folder (7) Monarch - Pest & Mites and (8) Champion - Organic Bacterial Protector as illegal, arbitrary, un-constitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent not to interfere with any manner in the marketing and sale of the petitioner's bio-products under the Insecticides Act 1968 and Fertilizers Control (Order) Act 1985; AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D.L.PANDU, Advocate for the Petitioner and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable in two weeks to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the

circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
