HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28739 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on the representation dated 2.7.2018 of the petitioner, with respect to the high handed and illegal action of the 3rd respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in revenue records and issue the pattadar pass books with respect to the lands admeasuring Acs.2.50 cents situated at Sy.No.232/1C, land admeasuring Ac.1.08 cents situated at Sy.No.328/2, land admeasuring Ac.0.79 cents situated at Sy.No.324/4, land admeasuring Ac.0.61 cents situated at Sy.No.330/2, land admeasuring Ac.0.86 cents situated at Sy.No.330/5 and land admeasuring Ac.0.69 cents situated at Sy.No.325/2 of Kalujuvvalapadu Village, Tharlupadu Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner submitted his representation on 2.7.2018 to the respondents requesting to mutate his name in the revenue records, no action has been taken so far.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that basing on the representation made by the petitioner, mutation of the names cannot be done in the revenue records and it can only be done, if the petitioner makes his application through on line, enclosing the relevant documents and also on payment of necessary charges.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit his application to the respondents for mutation through on line enclosing the relevant documents with

necessary charges. On such filing, the respondent-authorities shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
