This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the case pursuant to the complaint dated 07-01-2018 lodged by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.66 of 2018, dated 14-08-2018 is registered on the basis of complaint lodged by the petitioner and a copy of F.I.R. is also filed to that effect.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
