THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.357 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order dated 20.11.2013 in I.A.No.287 of 2012 in O.S.No.1282 of 2012 on the file of the X Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. The Civil Revision Petition No.1324 of 2017, filed against an order identical to the order assailed in this civil revision petition, was dismissed by this Court on 01.06.2017.

For the same reasons for which the said Civil Revision Petition was dismissed, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to renew its request if there are any changed circumstances after passing of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
