2. Hence, these two writ petitions also stand disposed of in terms of the order dated 01.04.2016 in W.P.No.10732 of 2016. However, we hope and trust that the I.A's would be disposed of by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission of A.P., Hyderabad, at the earliest. No order as to costs.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
