OFFICE NOTE 11 .01.2024 KS, J I.A.No.01 of 2024 Transferred to i-order before corrections This petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C to extend of time to surrender before the Station House Officer.

This Court by order dated 06.12.2023, directed the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer, CCS, DD Police Station, Hyderabad on or before 13.12.2023 and upon such surrender, the Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/accused on bail, on her executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only ) with two sureties, for a like sum each to her satisfaction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to various issues the petitioner is unable to attend the Station House Officer on 13.12.2023 as ordered.

Hence, prayed to allow this petition.

In view of the above submissions, this Court is inclined to extend the date from 13.12.2023 to 19.01.2024 with the

same conditions imposed in Crl.P.No.11905 of 2023. Failure to appear on 19.01.2024 the order shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly, this I.A is allowed.
