Heard Mr.Suri and Mr.Anil Kumar. Both the learned counsel submit that the subject matter of the instant appeal is similar to Company Appeal No.26 of 2017. This Court on even date through a separate order has allowed the Company Appeal No.26 of 2017 and remitted claims of appellants therein to Official Liquidator for consideration and adjudication of the claims filed by the appellants within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. For the reasons recorded in Company Appeal No.26 of 2017, the present Company Appeal is allowed.
