Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (AP).

Petitioners are working in Tribal Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh. Petitioners' grievance is not regularizating their services and not paying the minimum of wages attached to the post. As the issue concerns Government service in State of Andhra Pradesh, remedy is available to the petitioners before Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal constituted under Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 as held by the Supreme Court in L CHANDRAKUMAR Vs UNION OF INDIA1.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the appropriate remedy. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
