THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2446 OF 2017

O R D E R

This civil revision petition was filed by the applicants in I.A.No.471 of 2016 in O.S.No.685 of 2016 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. Their complaint was that the erstwhile incumbent in office heard the matter and reserved orders but was transferred before the orders could be pronounced. The petitioners/applicants assert that the subject I.A. needs to be heard urgently so as to protect their interest. Sri P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, would inform this Court that after the transfer of the erstwhile incumbent, a regular officer has now been appointed and that he may be given liberty to make a mention before the Court below for expeditious disposal of the I.A.

The civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to take appropriate steps for quick disposal of the subject I.A. by making a mention before the Court below. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
