THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON NO.9767 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri S. Ram Mohan, Assistant Government Pleader for Home, Telangana, made submissions on the weightage of the written instructions dated 13.4.2015 furnished by the Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissioenrate. In view of the suppression of facts committed by the petitioner in not indicating about W.P.No.33475 of 2014 which is said to have been filed for the same relief against the respondents for not considering the complaint dated 21.7.2014 and more so the petitioner has appropriate remedy under law since the matter pertains to civil dispute, and if it is a criminal dispute regarding trespass, effective remedy under Section 200 Cr.P.C. is available, which the petitioner has not invoked, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
