THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4824 OF 2015 ORDER:
This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in connection with crime No.78 of 2015 on the file of the Keesara Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner and that the petitioner worded as a medical officer in the Hospital at Central Prison and that the petitioner is in no way connected to the crime registered. Further, in the present case, A.1 is released on bail. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, and also in view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
In the circumstances, the petitioner/A.2 is directed to surrender before the Magistrate concerned within a period of fifteen days from today and on such surrender, she shall be enlarged on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. Further, the petitioner/A.2 is directed to report before the Station House Officer as and when required.
