J.Haritha v. The Govt. Of A.P., Rep. By
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Appeal No.1825 of 2008 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri J.P.Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, states that, in terms of the order passed by the Learned Single Judge, the appellant had paid the prescribed fee and has also completed his course. While the learned counsel for the appellant would contend that the issue necessitates adjudication, since other candidates would also be affected in future, this Court would not adjudicate academic issues. Suffice it to observe that the question of law is left open for examination in an appropriate case. The cause in the writ appeal does not survive, and the writ appeal has become infructuous.
The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
