Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2.

The petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.10-00 gts in Sy.No.70/A situated at Chilkepally Village, Jharasangam Mandal, Sangareddy District, on the strength of a registered sale deed bearing document No.3547 of 2007, dated 08.06.2007. In proof of the same, he had filed copy of sale deed and latest Pattadar passbook and title deeds. It is relevant to note that previously, the petitioner had submitted similar F-line application to the Tahsildar/3rd respondent in 2021, pursuant to the same, the Tahsildar vide memo dated 27.04.2022, directed the 5th respondent/ Mandal Surveyor to conduct survey. But, he did not conduct and complete the said survey. Again he had submitted F-line application dated 10.07.2022 with the 3rd respondent

with a request to conduct survey and demarcate the aforesaid land by fixing the boundaries. Having received and acknowledged the said F-line application, the 3rd respondent did not act upon the same. Therefore, the present Writ Petition.

Whereas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions would submit that the 3rd respondent will consider the said F-line application submitted by the petitioner, conduct survey with the help of respondent Nos.4 and 5 and demarcate the aforesaid land by fixing the boundaries and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the said discussion, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the aforesaid F-line application dated 10.07.2022 submitted by the petitioner, conduct survey and demarcate the aforesaid land of the petitioner by fixing the boundaries strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and all effected parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. If the 3rd

respondent is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons and pass a reasoned order, communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner. He shall complete the said exercise within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. __________________ K. LAKSHMAN, J November 02, 2022 SSY
