ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not releasing essential commodities to the petitioner in spite of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.6179 of 2015 dated 11.03.2015.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, on the basis of written instructions received from the third respondent, submits that in respect of pending enquiry, he needs further time to pass final orders. However, in obedience to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.6179 of 2015 dated 11.03.2015, he already issued orders on 25.07.2015 revoking the order of suspension. He also passed orders for supply of essential commodities to the petitioner. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary.
