Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent, and Sri T.V. Ramana Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Pollution Control Board, would submit that the challenge in the writ petition is to the order of closure and since the order of closure was revoked subsequently, the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any adjudication by this Court. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
