HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7086 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A2 seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.60 of 2017 of Nawabpet PS, Vikarabad District, which was registered for the offence under Sections 324, 504 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3(1) (r) (s) of SC and ST (POA) Act, 1989.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 09.03.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Nawabpet PS, Vikarabad District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as S.C.No.184 of 2017 on the file of Sessions Court, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.60 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
