This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.351 of 2014 from the file of the Court of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the I Additional District Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both parties submitted that the parties have settled the matter out of the Court. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
