HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28821 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to accord permission to the petitioner to conduct "Moharam Peerla Festival" from 11-09-2018 to 24-09-2018 at 'Run-Hussain-Panja', Wynchipet, Panja Centre, Vijayawada, by declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in keeping pending the petitioner's application for permission dated 30.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed application dated 30.07.2018 before the concerned police seeking permission to conduct the said festival and to provide necessary police Bundobust; that every year they are filing similar applications and this Court also directing the respondents to consider the said representation and take action; and that in pursuance of the direction from this Court the respondent police have also granted necessary protection.

In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2018, in accordance with law and take action. It is also open for the petitioner to make fresh application to the concerned Assistant Commissioner of Police.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
