THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25723 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri S.Nageswara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Adilabad Municipality. When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 07.10.2016 to the respondent Nos.2 and 3, despite which no action has been taken so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, so also the learned Standing Counsel, that the said representation, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, would be considered and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law. The above submission is placed on record and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 07.10.

preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
