THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8598 of 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/complainant seeking a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhimadole, West Godavari District, to dispose of C.C.No.315 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 324 IPC, pending on his file. 2.

The request made by the counsel for petitioner is only to expedite hearing of the aforesaid C.C., as the dispute relates to cock fight. In any view of the matter, the Magistrate is requested to dispose of C.C.No.315 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, without giving undue preference to this case alone, in accordance with law, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
