HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 5028 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 09.10.2015, which reads as under:

"Pending further orders in the OA, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the applicant dated 12.12.2014 along with the judgment of the Sessions Court referred above and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner to ascertain whether the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2014 was considered by the respondent authorities or not; and further submits that if the said petitioner's representation is still pending for consideration appropriate orders be passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I submits that if the representation dated. 12.12.2014 is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition(TR) is disposed of directing respondent authorities to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2014, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner. However, it is left open to the petitioner to pursue his remedies, in accordance with law, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved. 5.
