Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments and Smt.K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of its grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 14.07.2018 but no action has been taken so far, despite lapse of considerable length of time.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is pending consideration as on today the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 14.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
