This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.250 of 2011 on the file of learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kadapa.

Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the cause in the criminal petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the criminal petition, interim order, dated 31.10.2011 in Crl.P.M.P.No.11486 of 2011 is vacated and Crl.P.M.P.No.11486 of 2011 and Crl.P.V.M.P.No.5809 of 2012 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
